Cute Bun

Hello friends, here I am again...twice in one week is a bit rare these days!!

I have Cute Bun to share with you today. Yet another cute image from

Here she is recharging her batteries in preparation for Easter!!

She was coloured with Promarkers and had a squirt of stickles to the bow, which sadly looks rather orange here...I blame the light!!
I fancied something different than a square card base so used my Tonic layering dies for the scalloped base and layers and then continued the theme with Memory Box stitched circles. The sentiment was from a Taylored Expressions set.

Hope you have had a good week, mine has been the first "normal" week since before Christmas when we had two new members of staff. I have been nipping in and out of work for extra hours here and there which has been a right nuisance!! Anyway, keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Hope to see you soon,  until then take care xx

Red and Green Cutie Christmas

Hello Friends. Hope your weekend has prepared you for a good week. It was Mothering Sunday here in the UK and the weather was very kind to us, a sign of things to come I hope.

Anyway, the reason for my visit is the new challenge at

Where we are RED and GREEN

Our sponsor is Bugaboo and so I am sharing a card using Winter Kidz

She was coloured with Promarkers to match the subtle papers from a Forever Friends Kraft Notes pad. There is plenty of time to join us and to add to your Christmas card pile!!

Until next time xx

AYLI Favourite Medium

Happy Thursday everyone, it will soon be the weekend...Yay!! Before that and to give you a a crafty project (should the weather be rubbish!!) it's time for a new challenge at

where the theme is an easy peasy one

share your favourite colouring medium and don't forget to tell us why!!

It will come as no surprise when I tell you that my medium of choice has to be Promarkers. They were my first brand of alcohol markers and although I am dipping my toe into the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers, I still go back to my Promarkers. I just know which colours blend well and go together, as demonstrated on my DT piece.

I really enjoyed colouring this stamp to match the papers that came from The Range. I used a Tonic punch for the flowers and then used a linen effect embossing folder for texture, an Impression Obsession tag die and (oops) a new Tattered Lace deckle edge die set for the mat that Miss Pussy Cat is sitting on.

Have a good day, whatever you are doing xx

Hello everyone. I am hanging my head in shame as due to work related issues I forgot to post this yesterday...oops!!

She is called Easter Amy.

I coloured her with Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens to match the Taylored Expressions papers. The sentiment is from another Easter set.

Anyway,  must love you and leave you. Take Care xx

Dies and Digis

Hello my friends. I hope that you had an enjoyable weekend. We had a very good one. The weather was glorious on Saturday so we had a wander in Sherborne and my lovely Hubby treated me to some beautiful earrings after a delicious coffee and cake!! We walked the dogs in our shirt sleeves and took note of all the new life appearing including toads "making" new life in the garden pond which was quite unnecessary!!). Surprise and I had a nice ride on Sunday morning and I even managed to catch up on some DT commitments, so all is well in the world!!

Anyway, it being the second Monday of the month it is time for a bit of cute, in the shape of The Cutie Pie Challenge.

This month we want to see

DIES AND DIGIS

I used a digi from our sponsor Little Miss Muffet that I coloured with Promarkers to match the MME papers. I cut the card base using a Tonic set, the curved panel was a Spellbinders die, as was the oval that Kiki is on, the clouds are Joy Crafts, the sun from Lil Inkers and the ribbon from my stash. Oh and finally, the sentiment from an Easter stamp set.

I haven't shared any pics of the puppies dogs lately so here they are...

I know,  they are far too big to pick up but I can't help myself!!

Thank you for letting me rabbit on and I do hope you will join us at

See you soon xx

It has to be LOTV!!

Hello to all. Hope this finds you well. I still seem to be chasing my tail these days. Dogs, horse, extra hours at work, Husband, Family, house and garden (not necessarily in that order mind!!) I am sure that there aren't as many hours in the day as there used to be!!

Anyway, the reason for my visit today is to shout about the new challenge at

Where we would love you to share a project featuring your favourite BRAND of stamp...and don't forget to tell us why.

Now I have many, many stamps, rubber/clear and digi and it seems I have far more LOTV than any other. I suppose it's because that are such fabulous quality, have great detail and you can always find one for any occasion.

Mine was made for Chelsea (Mollie's Mummy) who celebrated her Birthday on Tuesday. She is really girly so I decided to push the boat out and throw everything at it...Cute stamp, pretty papers, cheesecloth, flowers, die cuts...well it did the trick because she loved it!!

Hope you will  be able to join in with us here

Until next time...take care xx

Girl and her pup

Hello everyone. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your day with me. I managed to grab a bit of time to make this sweet card for the Sasayaki Inspiration Blog.

She is available here.

I coloured her with Promarkers and was even brave enough to have a go at a different hair colour which turned out reasonably well I thought. The pretty blue paper is from one of the paper pads that the wonderful Lucy sent for my Birthday and I teamed it with a lovely rich shade of purple. The (wonky) sentiment die is by Impression Obsession and another that I don't use nearly enough. The smudge was entirely intentional...not!! Oops!!
